HILUX N80 BRUSH BAR SIDE RAILS SUITS HILUX 15 - CURRENT | ROCKARMOR

Complete your Toyota Hilux N80 setup with Rockarmor Brush Bar Side Rails, designed to give your front quarter panels added protection when the tracks get tighter and the terrain gets more demanding. Built to suit Toyota Hilux N80 models from 2015 onwards, these side rails are made to connect to Rockarmor Side Step Rocksliders and are a smart upgrade for owners wanting a more complete protection package around the sides and front of the vehicle.

Manufactured from 52mm steel, these brush bars are designed to help protect vulnerable front guard areas when driving through scrub, tight off-road tracks, and challenging terrain where side contact is a real risk. Whether you’re setting up for touring, heading away on weekend adventures, or building a Hilux that is better prepared for rougher Australian conditions, they add both practicality and a more serious off-road look.

These side rails are compatible with a wide range of 3 hoop style bull bars, including the Rockarmor Hilux 15-20 Elite Bull Bar, ARB hoop bull bars, Opposite Lock, TJM, Ironman, MCC, OCAM, Jungle 4x4, and Toyota factory bull bars for 2015+ models. Please note they do not work with the Rockarmor GT Bull Bar. Brush bars are supplied with 63mm clamps as standard, and if your bull bar tube is 52mm or 48mm, smaller clamps can be requested in the optional notes section when ordering.

For Hilux owners wanting extra front side protection, better off-road confidence, and a more complete touring or off-road setup, Rockarmor Brush Bar Side Rails are a practical upgrade that ties the whole package together.

 

Please Note:

  • These Brush bars will not work with the ROCKARMOR GT BULL BAR 
  • Brush Bars are supplied with 63mm brush bar clamps 
  • If your bull bar tube is 52mm/48mm you will be required to leave a message requesting the smaller brush bar clamps, where our staff will then replace these for you

Design Information

Designed & tested in Australia, Rockarmor’s Premium Series Steel Bull Bar has been engineered to provide your vehicle with maximum frontal protection. The Rockarmor bull bar is manufactured from premium grade 3mm steel and features a 63mm diameter cross tube, protecting your vehicles vital exterior components from potential animal strikes. 

Designed to be functional for vehicles that drive both on road & off road, the Bull Bar has been engineered to store optional 4wd accessories, that include a Winch, UHF Antenna, safety flags and driving lights.

The Rockarmor Bull Bar is finished with a high quality powder coat that will withstand Australia’s harsh weather conditions and comes complete with L.E.D fog lights, L.E.D indicators, splash plates, bumper guards as well as provisions for high lift jack use.

Rockarmor’s full range of bull bars are Australian tested in the State of Adelaide, where they are put through a strict set of tests, making them ADR Complied & Air Bag Compatible, giving you full confidence your vehicle will be protected at all times.
